You start by making an outline for your movie. The easiest way to do it, without the shape changing too much, is to erase the legs and draw them a different way on the second picture.

Then you add color to your animal (an background if you want). And if you really wanted to, you could make it blinking as well. And like in the blinking one, you'll put the clips together to form a movie.
